ποΈ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The product is significantly different from the description shown on our website
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order
Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to change of mind, size preferences, or color differences caused by screen display.

Email us at support@panaceaattire.com or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. - Approval:
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1β2 business days with approval and return instructions. - Send It Back:
Ship the item back to the address provided by our team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error. - Inspection & Response:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. This may take 2β3 business days.

- Refunds are issued only if the item is out of stock or was delivered in unusable condition.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) within 7β10 business days after approval.
- For eligible returns, you may also opt for store credit instead of a refund.
π Exchange Policy
If your product is eligible for an exchange:
- We will dispatch the replacement product once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
- If the same item is unavailable, you can choose another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Customized or altered clothing
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings
